When and where does coaching taking place?
Once you've ordered a BASHTASTIC coaching plan, the team will reach out with times and dates to meet. Coaching can start as early as the week after you book (but that's up to you). From there, the last couple minutes of each coaching call will be dedicated to scheduling the next connect.
BASHTASTIC coaching happens online via ZOOM. You will receive an outlook meeting invite with a ZOOM link included. Your career coach will be live on video. Client video is optional but recommended to get the most value from our services. Sessions are recorded and stored in a shared Onedrive that you can access at any time during coaching.
